Some posters

that I've just made for my fanzine fair at college next friday (day after my birthday eee!) They're very simple because I don't really have enough time to make them detailed. Everything's just about coming together now so I hope it all turns out okay, I've printed my initial zine onto the tracing paper and I just need to cut it, and then I've got the silk screen ready to print for my other small hairstyles zine, I just hope that doesn't go wrong because I've never done silk screen before... but it should be fun!

a trio of kittens

Evening! I started some bits of my Christmas shopping today, although I did still manage to spend money on myself as well - treat others, treat yourself... why not? I've also been quite busy perfecting my final image that I'm using for my zine... which I shall keep hidden until I actually print the zine out and it's all worked and finished etc. :) So yeah, I went for a little wander in town today and went down to Merchant Chandler which is probably one of my favourite shops and I found this for £1.50, and as the title correctly states, I was so curious as to what it was I had to buy it. Quite a pleasant suprise as I actually really liked what I got, although I wish the images were on white backgrounds instead of that weird yellowy colour which kinda annoys me... Anyway, here's an image of lots of kittens with hats on which I said I'd scan in for my friend Shannon as I knew she'd probably enjoy them her having a bit of a thing for cats. I wish I could go in my bed and put a nice dvd on right now but my DVD player has chosen the perfect time to just suddenly decide not to work anymore so that's that idea put to waste.

'The Next Page'

Helloo! Liss from Daydream Lily has started a new blog with a friend called 'The Next Page' which is all about Collage, Inspiration Journals, Moleskines and Inspiration Walls. I think the layout (it looks like a collage in itself!) and the whole idea is really lovely and I'll be sure to add it to my bookmarks. It's only small at the moment but I'm sure it will grow so I definitely think you should take a look at it and maybe add it to your bookmarks too! Started a new sketchbook today

This one is just a nice brown paper one bought at Paperchase, didn't make my own this time sadly. Just generating some ideas for my fanzine that I have to make next week. :)

drawing in bed

Done quite quickly cosy in bed, just felt like drawing yet another deer (maybe I'll add it to my collection).. there's probably something wrong with me. I'd like to put a message at the end of the little furry flowy bit, but for now it can stay like this. Time for bed, goodnight. :)
